    Thanks so much for the clarification on the Daelkyr. My take on them was that they are the Lords of Madness…emphasis on the “Mad.”

    As in, insane, sometimes angry, “supra-geniuses” (to borrow the old 1e term). Some are imprisoned in the literal sense, some walk freely in Khyber but are kept from the surface by Gatekeeper magic*, and some remain on Xoriat, having never made the trip.

    * Or as I like to call it, “rapidly-decaying Gatekeeper magic”…

    I really liked this post and reading through those threads. I’ve seen some of your other excellent material at RPG.net. Is there any chance of seeing more of this type of post?

    I’d like to do this as a regular thing. I haven’t posted much over the last few weeks because of GenCon and Ropecon, but I’ll continue this in the future.
