Holed Up In Heidelberg

I’ve left Sweden, and settled in at my home for the next week here in Germany. Unfortunately, I’m going to be spending this week hammering away on my current Thorn of Breland novel. As a result, I’m not going to be able to meet up with the various people who have extended invitations to me in Germany, and I also won’t have much time to fill in the blanks on my blog. But I do plan to get to both as soon as I can! I’m also hoping to get some gaming articles up, or at least collect a few of my longer posts from other sites. So, it may be quiet for the next few days, but check back in a week.

And just for a mini-update… I’ve been dropping by cemeteries along my travels to get some Gloomy inspiration. This is perhaps my favorite grave – located in Vienna, it’s the marker of a piano maker who supplied instruments to the royal family. Have a gloomy day!

Wow. I intensely enjoy the fact that a grave like that exists.

If you can, keith, try to get pictures from any of the more interesting/morbid/gloomy graves, since you seem to hold a habit of hanging out in graveyards.

Too bad you caught this sorrowful fellow on a bright day.

    Eagerly awaiting your new book!

I know Keith and I shot quite a few royal graves here in Denmark, and some of them were pretty spectacular :)
